The FIX is all about getting back to the basics — eating real food and moving your body with purpose—so you can feel better, get stronger, and build lasting health.

Cynergy Nutrition Principles:

  • Increase metabolic flexibility and reduce weight gain.
  • Emphasize high fat, moderate protein, and low carbs.
  • Eat meat, vegetables, nuts, seeds, some starch, little fruit.

Cynergy Training Principles:

  • Constantly varied, functional movement at a relative high intensity.
  • Avoid routine; push physical and psychological limits.
  • Perform deadlifts, squats, presses, gymnastics, and monostructural movements 5–6x per week.
