Cynergy Nutrition Principles:

  • Increase metabolic flexibility and reduce weight gain.
  • Emphasize high fat, moderate protein, and low carbs.
  • Eat meat, vegetables, nuts, seeds, some starch, little fruit.

  • Constantly varied, functional movement at a relative high intensity.
  • Avoid routine; push physical and psychological limits.
