- For those new to olympic weight-lifting.
- Focused on training methods, terms, movements and lifts, as well as safety, scaling, and general fitness preparedness.
- Private training designed to prepare you for success in our Strength & Conditioning classes. ($125)

HYROX Training
Cynergy Training is proud to offer HYROX training on the South Shore, serving athletes across Hanson, Plymouth, and surrounding communities.

- Smart programming designed for young athletes.
- Offered in 4-7 week intervals.

Cynergy Kids
- Training sessions for boys & girls ages 5-11.
- Structured fun — teaching discipline, respect, sportsmanship and learning proper technique for kids.

Momentum Kids
- Adaptive fitness for neurodivergent kids.
- Small class sizes for individualized attention.
- Focus on strength, balance, coordination, and confidence.
- Coaches trained to blend fitness with emotional regulation strategies.
- Real-world application of skills beyond the gym.
- 30 minute classes.
- Drop-Ins and 1:1 Coaching available

Cynergy Boot Camp
- Traditional Boot Camp coupled with HYROX training

- These classes are held outside, rain or shine — 5:15 - 6:15 AM
