Thank You Superhero Suzie Llewellyn!

We would like to acknowledge #cynergysuperhero Suzie Llewellyn!

Suzie has been a patrolman at the Rockland Police Department for 20 years. She has served as the School Security Officer, Domestic Violence Officer and the Department’s R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) Officer.

I am very lucky to work with my husband. And my mother, who is my best friend, is currently living in the Dwyer Home. I am used to seeing her every day – but have not been able to because of these very difficult times we are all suffering through.

My message is that we will all get through this together. I appreciate all of the Zoom classes, these make me feel connected and supported by our community. I have been with Cynergy for approximately 12 years. I love this community and I am always amazed how Cindy finds new ways to support our fitness goals. I look forward to seeing what the future brings and to seeing you all in the box again!!
