"What we see depends mainly on what we look for."
~John Lubbock

Train your focus
Set an intention for what you want to see more of.
It could be kindness, opportunity, beauty, progress, or peace.
Throughout the day, look for evidence of that thing — actively notice and name it when you see it.
Ask yourself: “What am I choosing to look for right now?”
Examples:
- If you choose kindness, notice every small act of it.
- If you choose progress, spot the small wins you’d usually overlook.
- If you choose beauty, pause to appreciate what’s around you.
Where attention goes, perception grows. The more you look for good, the more you find.
