CONGRATULATIONS to Monica Rekord for being named this sessions Teens Choice Athlete!!

Monica is such an amazing athlete, both to coach and workout with! She loves perfecting all things she does, and always trying to be better, stronger, and faster! Truly an incredible athlete to watch grow each and every day!

Some fun facts about Monica is that she is in the sixth grade and would like to be a pediatrician one day!

Her all time favorite lifts are split jerks and deadlifts! Deadlifts because they make her feel strong and split jerks because she is very good at them, which makes her feel good!

As her coach, I am truly amazed by her each and every day! Her attitude, her respect for everyone and everything including herself, her dedication, and her smile is definitely contagious!

There is a big bright future ahead for this girl, and cannot wait to see what she does with it because Monica is going far so watch out for her!
