Congratulations to Mikey McClaughlin for winning this month’s teen choice award!

Mikey is an exceptional athlete and an even better person! Mikey has been chosen for this months award because of his amazing attitude, he comes into every class with a smile, never complains, and always tries his best. For his utmost respect for everyone and everything, always cheering people on, helping other people with their lifts, and staying after to help the coach put away equipment. Mikey also has such a willingness to try anything and learn everything!

Some fun facts about Mikey is he has perfect attendance for the teens class (he is the only one)! He has one brother, he is a San Fran fan (say that ten times fast) and his favorite subject in school is math. As for CrossFit, his favorite movement is a deadlift and his least favorite is anything with squats! The easiest way to spot Mikey is to look for the kid dancing! Mikey is such a great athlete to coach and a great role model to everyone!
