What do you do for work?
Store Operations Administrator for a retail company.
What would you like us to know about you and your family?
I live it Whitman with my husband and two dogs.
What is one thing that we may not know about you?
I played college volleyball.
How long have you been training with Cynergy?
About 2 years.
What time do you typically train?
6am
What is your favorite lift and why?
Hang Power Clean. A great lift to cycle at lower weight and higher reps.
What is your favorite WOD and why?
K9 Kitt Hero WOD. Great workout for a great cause!
What are your current life goals?
In the future I would like to work more in the fitness and nutrition space. I’m currently working on a few certifications. More to come!
What is your most memorable time as a Cynergy athlete?
There are so many to choose from! Most recent, doing 25.1 and 25.3 rx during the open this year.
How has Cynergy impacted your life outside of the box?
Stronger than I have ever been! Prior to Cynergy I did so much cardio and very little weightlifting. The weightlifting has been so impactful in so many ways.
