Today we acknowledge and celebrate Jennifer Kelly….our member spotlight!
Jennifer is the definition of no excuses and dedication. She was involved in a car accident last year that severely damaged her foot and not being able to drive and wanting to get to the gym she made it happen and has taken an Uber to and from the box whenever she trains.
She has been receptive and open to the modified training as she has progressed through her healing process and has the best attitude about “where” she is and what she CAN do at this time. Love having her in class and am so proud of what she has accomplished in her short time at Cynergy.
You are an inspiration Jenn! Here’s to your continued success!

I have two beautiful daughters and an oversized German Shepherd.
What is one thing that we may not know about you.
I would rather listen to classic Oldies than any other music.
How long have you been CrossFitting?
Since last September 2018
What time do you typically train?
5am or 9am
What is your favorite lift and why?
Power Snatch. It is super complex but when all of the moving parts come into place it feels and looks good.
What is your favorite WOD and why?
Anything that mixes lifting, cardio and bar work for time. I feel the most out of a workout when all three of those components are involved.
What are your current CF goals?
To get better at bar work, I would like to achieve a single strict pull up without a band.
What are your current life goals?
Passing the real estate exam and working toward doing more of what I enjoy both for work and in my personal life.
What is your most memorable time as a CrossFitter?
The first time I landed a double unders and then proceeded to keep hitting them.
How has CrossFit impacted your life outside of the box?
I feel more energized, rested and strong. I don’t ever really look at anything with a “Can’t” attitude anymore
How would you best describe Cynergy to others?
An encouraging, engaging family-like community whose common goal is to see each other not only grow but succeed.
