Beginners Class
- For those new to olympic weight-lifting.
- Focused on training methods, terms, movements and lifts, as well as safety, scaling, and general fitness preparedness.
- Private training designed to prepare you for success in our Strength & Conditioning classes. ($125)
Scalable Strength & Stability
BUILD
- Strength-focused program designed for all levels.
- Slower, intentional movements for improved stability, mobility, and longevity.
- No previous experience required.

Boys & Girls | 10-14
Youth Strength & Conditioning
- Training sessions for boys & girls ages 10-14.
- Smart programming designed for young athletes.
- Offered in 4-6 week intervals.
Boys & Girls | 5-11
Cynergy Kids
- Training sessions for boys & girls ages 5-11.
- Structured fun — teaching discipline, respect, sportsmanship and learning proper technique for kids.
- Offered September thru June.

Momentum Kids
- Designed specifically for neurodivergent kids.
- Small class sizes for individualized attention.
- Focus on strength, balance, coordination, and confidence.
- Coaches trained to blend fitness with emotional regulation strategies.
- Real-world application of skills beyond the gym.
- Offered in 4-week sessions, 30 minute classes.

Cynergy LIVE
- Designed for anyone interested in increasing mobility and strength as they age.

Conditioning & Endurance
All Levels Fitness (ALF)
- High-intensity, boot camp-style workout.
- Running, rowing, calisthenics, kettlebells, medicine balls, sleds, tires, and bodyweight movements.
- No previous experience required.
May - August
Cynergy Boot Camp
- Offered May - August at 4-week intervals.
- These classes are held outside, rain or shine — 5:30 - 6:15 AM
