Congratulations to our newest Spotlight Athlete, Jamison Wieners!

Jamison has been a member of our CrossFit Kids class since September of 2020. He is so kind, attentive, and full of positive energy. He is a role model child and so much fun to watch!

Jamison’s peers interviewed him and found out the following:

His favorite movements in a workout are squats and push-ups.
He is also amazing with all gymnastics movements such as cartwheels, handstands, burpees, and ring work!
Jamison stated that he likes all exercise movements but bear crawls are probably his least favorite.
When asked how hard he works out on a scale of 1-10, he rates himself a 10 (and as his coaches, we would agree)!
His favorite games are Hop Scotch and CrossFit “Pitfall.”
Jamison’s favorite letter of the alphabet is “j,” naturally.
His favorite animal is a dolphin and his lucky number is 15.
When asked what word he would use to describe himself, he described himself being caring about others.
His peers found the perfect word to describe him: considerate!
Jamison ended the interview by stating, “In CrossFit, I really like how you work hard.” When a peer asked why, Jamison responded with, “to work out and get big muscles.”

We are so proud of you, Jamison! You have grown so much physically and matured so much within the last year and a half. Thank you for being YOU! Keep up the awesomeness!! 💪😃💙
