Athlete Spotlight – Steve Bump

It is with great pleasure Stephen Bump has been nomintaed as Spotlight Athlete of the Month! Steve has been a great addition to the L.I.V.E. class. He is a pleasure to coach, takes direction well and works hard from the time he walks in the door until he leaves. I’m especially impressed with his dedication to recovering from his shoulder surgery. It can be a slow process, but he never complains, works diligently and shows improvement in strength and range of motion weekly. He is a great role model with his “can do” attitude, and willingly tackles any modifications or alternative movements prescribed due to his injury. He’s also a great team player. I was lucky to have him as a teammate for the Games of the Ages in 2023. Cynergy Training is fortunate to have him as an athlete. Congratulations Steve!
