What do you do for work?
I am Statistical Programming Manager, currently working on clinical drug development for Postpartum depression and Huntington’s disease.
What would you like us to know about you and your family?
I have been married to Purna for 3 years, we have a 16 month old son Sanjay. We live in Hanson, not far from Cynergy CrossFit.
How long have you been CrossFitting?
1.7 years
What time do you typically train?
Now a days mostly at 5 AM, unless I overslept. And some classes at 5:30 PM whenever I can.
What is your favorite lift and why?
Power Clean, I feel this one is easy to do.
What is your favorite WOD and why?
Nothing special, all of them are just workouts, I like it or I don’t like it, I still finish it.
What are your current CF goals?
Hand stand without wall support.
What are your current life goals?
Stay happy, healthy and travel all over the world.
What is your most memorable time as a CrossFitter?
I felt very happy when I did a 185# Clean and Jerk in the CrossFit Open 2020.
How has CF impacted your life outside of the box?
It helped a lot to achieve my fitness goals and gave me some social life. I am addicted to CrossFit now.
How would you best describe Cynergy to others?
If any one wants to join a CrossFit, Cynergy will not let them down. Great and friendly coaches. It’s a great community with encouraging CrossFitters, who will push you to your strength.
