Chloe is a consistent, hardworking and committed athlete who’s never ending eagerness to learn and improve is admirable. Her dedication in attending the 6am classes is impressive! She’s up early and gets it done.

What would you like us to know about you and your family?
I live with my boyfriend Chad and our dog Divot!
What is one thing that we may not know about you?
I don’t do well sitting still. I always have to be doing something, due to this I have several hobbies. In my spare time I love to cook and bake. This year I took a deep dive into fermentation. I’ve been really enjoying making sourdough bread and Kombucha.
In addition I love to craft and create. I also enjoy reading. Most of all I love to host, the main reason I got into fitness was to make friends in the area after we moved. I’m very lucky to have met so many wonderful people through exercise!
How long have you been CrossFitting?
I started doing CrossFit about a year and a half ago. I was never really an athlete. Actually it still surprises me that I’ve been so dedicated to moving my body. We moved to East Bridgewater in 2021 and I absolutely hated living here. Chad suggested I join a gym to make friends, to me that sounded like the worst possible idea. I joined CycleLife at the start of 2022 and unfortunately they closed in June of 2023. At that point I couldn’t imagine not exercising consistently. So after testing all the gyms in the area, Cynergy was the only one that met my three criteria for a place to train. So that’s when my CrossFit journey started and I’m so grateful!!
What time do you typically train?
You will only ever catch me at a 6am class. The 6amers are some of my favorite people! If you haven’t experienced a 6am class I highly suggest you join in on our shenanigans!
What is your favorite lift and why?
There are so many lifts that I love. However I think my favorite is the power snatch. It took me so long to get it until everything clicked. Once it did click, it quickly became the lift that feels the most natural.
What is your favorite WOD and why?
I love all the athlete spotlight WODs! I love to see what our community comes up with! For me CrossFit is about the community! Outside of the people you live and work with, you see the people you train with the most. It’s really special to get to know everyone.
What are your current life goals?
I have a passion for learning new things. I just want to keep learning and experiencing new things!
What is your most memorable time as a CrossFitter?
I absolutely loved the AM vs PM competition. It was so nice to come together as a community! Or the open. I love when we do in house things that make us work together!
How has CF impacted your life outside of the box?
I am so grateful for all the connections I’ve made through cynergy. It is truly an amazing community. For the most part I feel stronger and more energized!
