ALF is a high-intensity, boot camp workout focused on conditioning and endurance through running, rowing, calisthenics, with the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, sleds, tires, and bodyweight movements. ALF is great for weight-loss and extra conditioning. Offered 4 days/week. No previous experience required.
This 75-minute class emphasizes slower, intentional movements that maximize muscle activation and ensure proper form. Whether you're looking to improve your performance, enhance your daily life, or simply build a strong foundation, Cynergy BUILD has something for you. No previous experience required.
Boot Camp is cash only. Please bring the exact amount on your first day. We do not accept checks.
