Congratulations to Luca for being selected as the next Cynergy Kids Spotlight Athlete!
Luca is a seven-year-old first grade super star who is very mature for his age. Luca has been in the Cynergy CrossFit Kids program since September and he has grown so much with his athletic abilities and his character development. He impresses us each time we coach him! What impresses us most is his willingness to ALWAYS help out, without even being asked. Whether it be helping the coaches set up for a workout, helping the coaches and his friends clean up after a workout, or supporting a peer while finishing a tough WOD (Workout of the Day), we can ALWAYS depend on Luca’s support.
Luca’s friends interviewed him and found out some interesting facts!
His favorite color is aqua.
His favorite food is cucumbers (healthy!!).
Luca’s favorite animal is a hamster.
If Luca could create his own signature workout, it would involve donkey kicks, jumping jacks, and hanging kicks from the pull-up bars. He’s a strong dude! Luca likes the pull-up bars best. He also likes doing ring rows, and he’s really good at them! In CrossFit Kids, we always end with a game. Luca’s favorite game is dodgeball!
Luca, Coach Abby and I are so proud of you and we are so lucky to get to coach you. You’re an awesome role model. I can’t wait to continue to watch you grow. You’re going places!! 😁💪 Keep up the great work!
