<p>Teams of 2:</p>
<p>1. Team run with med ball (20#) &#8211; 2 laps around the cars. Pass off ball as needed.<br />
2. Complete 30 jump squats per person. One person works at a time.<br />
3. 25 wall balls per person. One person works at a time.<br />
4. Farmer&#8217;s walk (25# KBs) around cars.<br />
5. 25 KB swings per person. One person works at a time.<br />
6. 15 chest to deck push ups. One person works at a time.<br />
7. Big tire flips (length of parking lot). Divide as needed or partner up.<br />
8. Run one lap backwards around the cars.</p>
