There’s still time to get in on the Challenge. 32 people have registered so far . If you are thinking of participating but hesitating because this challenge doesn’t have a “cheat day” or allowances for alcohol, don’t let that keep you out of entering. This challenge is not about a perfect score on points. We don’t expect you to be getting 35 points each week. It’s about learning to make food choices that improve your health and your life. We want you to focus on learning how certain foods have a negative impact on your health and find foods to replace those less healthy foods with food your body needs. Learn how to eat for the rest of your life, not just for the next 8 weeks.
