RunĀ  5 x 800m, rest 2:00, hold splits within 3-5 seconds

C2 Row: 5 x 1000m, rest 2:00, hold splits within 3-5 seconds

 

WOD 2

Bike : 5 x 1/2Mile, rest 1:00, hold splits within 2-3 seconds

RunĀ  10 x 100m, rest 0:45, hold splits within 2-3 seconds

C2 Row : 10 x 150m, rest 0:45, hold splits within 2-3 seconds
