OverHead Squat 1-1-1-1-1

Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1

Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1

Add weight for each set.   Your first set of FS will be a added on to your last OHS and you will continue through the Front Squats for the 5 sets and continue on with the BS.

Your score will be the last single of your OHS, FS and BS.
