A. GOAT WORK
3 reps EMOM for 10 Minutes
B. 1 to 10 Partner Ladders
Straight Leg Calorie Row
Box Jumps
Push Ups
Lunge Step Backs
*working with a partner, partner A does 1 calorie on the rower, then partner B does 1 calorie, Partner A does 2, partner B 2, ert all the way to 10 Calories. Then they would immediately start the same ladder for the box jumps, moving onto the push up then to the lunges.
C. 3 x 15 Ring Rows
