This was my first experience with Paleo and believe me I hesitated – why? Because I never thought I could do it and I found out I can! I truly enjoyed my food choices and I did not miss the bread or pasta. I was shocked by the will power I developed to say no to a glass of wine or a favorite food and save it for a guilt-free day. I have a new appreciation for water and good foods and I love all of my new recipes.
