Double Unders

Sit Ups

*scaled version available for Bring a Friend Week

Katie, Sean and Jan

B.  AMRAP 7 of 1-5 Ladders

Chest to Bar Pull Ups

separated by 5 squats in between rounds

For example;

1 C2B + 5 Squats

2 C2B + 5 Squats

3 C2B + 5 Squats

4 C2B + 5 Squats

5 C2B + 5 Squats …all of that equals 1 Round

Continue back at 1 and repeat the ladder.

Eat for Performance Feeback:

This was my first experience with Paleo and believe me I hesitated – why? Because I never thought I could do it and I found out I can!  I truly enjoyed my food choices and I did not miss the bread or pasta.  I was shocked by the will power I developed to say no to a glass of wine or a favorite food and save it for a guilt-free day.  I have a new appreciation for water and good foods and I love all of my new recipes.
