5 reps @ 75%
3 reps @ 85%
1 rep @ 95%
1, 1, 1….establish a 1 RM
followed by….
AMRAP 10
1 Rope Climb
2 Muscle Ups
3 Handstand Push Ups
4 Push Press (135/95)
CrossFit Endurance Certification October 23
Spend two full days with the CrossFit Endurance staff learning, studying, and applying the principles of CrossFit Endurance.
During the certification attendees will learn how CrossFit Endurance works for endurance athletes and CrossFit athletes. Attendees will learn proper run mechanics. This will include video taping and drills.
Attendees will learn more nutrition, recovery, injury prevention & care.
The endurance community is largely overtraining and this is an indispensable tool at learning how to effectively train someone and keep them healthy and ready for their next race.

Hey guys,
There should still be some tickets at the Box for our Kyleigh’s Cure fundraiser Friday night @ Florian Hall in Dorchester (7pm). Please see Keith or Cindy if you need them ($25 donation). I know some of you are planning on attending and we appreciate the support. Dress is casual. The night should be awesome. There will be Silent/Live Auctions and raffle prizes.
