Complete as many sets of 20 Unbroken Double Unders as possible in 5 Minutes

followed by….

400 M Run

3 Rounds of Cindy (5 Pull Ups + 10 Push Ups + 15 Squats)

500 M Row

3 Rounds of Cindy

50 Double Unders

3 Rounds of Cindy
