Great (err…horrible!) wod, Colleen! Those ending runs got tough.
Incredible pull-up action from 5 am today!!! Shout out to Denise, Ashley, Laura, I-Train, Lori – ok, basically the entire group! But you guys are amazing. and I heart you, too, 6 am
