200 M Run

Pull ups

Clean & Jerk (95/65)

Push ups

** 200 M run begins each set.  You will end with 1 push up.

    Great (err…horrible!) wod, Colleen! Those ending runs got tough.

    Incredible pull-up action from 5 am today!!! Shout out to Denise, Ashley, Laura, I-Train, Lori – ok, basically the entire group! But you guys are amazing. and I heart you, too, 6 am :-)

    Record this one guys – we’ll be seeing it again.
