*focus on body posture, range of motion and flexibility
Push Jerks 3-3-3-3
* perform 1st set at 50% of your 1 RM
*rest 1 minute in between each set
*add 10#’s to each set

REMINDER: The gym will be closed this Saturday for our Final First Responders Challenge, so come out and cheer these men and women on. It’s been a long 12-weeks and this is the final WOD of the season for these guys and gals.
All First Responder athletes need to be here by 9:30 AM this Saturday.
Make sure you BYOB and hang out for the catered lunch after the last heat!
