Affiliate Team Try Outs for the CrossFit Games
Try outs will be held on Sunday April 11th from 10-4.
(We will have a make up day Sat April 17th)
There will be 4 WODs to complete.
Tentative time schedule will be 10:00, 12:00, 2:00, 4:00.
Make sure that you bring plenty of food and water for recovery in between WODs

Anyone who is seriously interested in competing on the Affiliate team must be…
-an actively training member of Cynergy CrossFit
-able to make as many of the team scheduled training sessions as possible
-be able to compete in Albany, NY May 21-23
-be able to compete in Aromas, CA July 15-19
