WOD + FRC #6

Divide & Conquer

Multiply the following exercises by the number of athletes per team and complete for time….

2 K Row

1 Mile run

50 KB Swings (2/1.5)

50 Push Ups

*so if your team has 4 members for example, the team will have to complete a total of an 8 K Row, 4 mile run, 200 KBS and 200 Push Ups

 

First Responders Challenge #6

Complete max number of reps in 8 Minutes going ground to full extension overhead.

Choose one of the following barbells:  45, 65, 95, 115 or 135

The bar cannot be dropped from OH.

Score is the total number of reps multiplied by the weight used for total weight.

Had some great numbers this morning….looking forward to tonight!

    Great shots of some determined faces this am Buzz! It was fascinating to see the strategy in play this morning. Calculators were getting their own workouts while competitors figured out what weight to use. Good work 9am’ers!
