Boot Camp Day 3

Day 3 is usually the toughest day when it comes to muscle soreness, but everyone worked through that today! Awesome  job by everyone.  Get ready for a team day tomorrow…….

2 10 Minutes rounds
5 Squat thrust
10 Sit-ups
15 Wall balls
20 KB Swings

    You guys have been looking great! I hope some of you will consider joining our 100 miles in 60 days challenge! Great motivation to run into spring! Post your email address to join or get more info. We’ll have some group runs plans and more experienced runners can help out newbies. Join us! If nothing else, it will be a great opportunity to meet other Cynergy folks in different classes :)
