WOD 3.02.10

Complete the following with a partner for 10 rounds….

250 M Row Sprint

15 Unbroken Wall Balls (20/14)

200 M Run (Sprint)

15 Unbroken Burpees

*1 athlete works while the other rests alternating between exercises

*each athlete will complete 5 rounds each

*PENALTY for broken sets=  Add 100 M to your partners Run or Row (which ever exercise is next).

    OUCH, this one was a tough!!! Very nice displays of teamwork today, between 5 and 6 am no penalties for unbroken sets, I guess you must actually like each other!!!

    I totally woulda stopped at 12 wall…no burpees and dragged another 100 m outta yer row if you were my partner, Johnson!! Mwahahahahaha!!!! ;) j/k! Love ya!! The penalty was a really great motivational tool (for me, anyway) and I loved this WOD!

    Very tough:) The penalty was motivational but having Lindsey as my partner was even more motivational. You pushed me far beyond what I would have done on my own. Thanks Lindsey!!

    This was a tough one I am still trying to catch my breath! I like how you assigned us partners today Colleen being paired up w/Mike made me work a lot harder than I would have. And I realized that maybe I am not working as hard as I could every WOD!
