Pull-up skill day with Eric Magee, Chip Moore & Mike Rooney
(sorry for the grainy camera phone video!)
The class was divided up into 3 groups of beginners, intermediate and advanced and worked on the specific elements of the pull-up.
Congrats to I-Train for her first big girl pull-up and those of you who were able to accomplish the butterfly pull-up.

WOD: 50 consecutive pull-ups – if you drop, do 5 burpees.

400 M run
15 pull-ups
7 hang power cleans (135/95)
2. 21.15.9
OH squats (135/95)
ring dips
box jumps (24/20)
3. 9 rounds
5 thrusters (115/75)
5 pull-ups

Hey B! You forgot Mike Rooney, who worked with our beginners (and who was clearly responsible for Eileen’s accomplishment).
Great job to everyone today. Truly, we do understand the frustration that some of you are feeling. Hopefully you came away with something helpful today, but ultimately, we can coach you ’til we’re blue in the face and it is still YOU who needs to get on that bar and do it! Practice what you learned today, and if you need some more help down the road, just grab one of us and we’ll be happy to look at what you’re doing!
