WOD 1.21.10

Partner Relays

2 person teams will althernate the following for 12 rounds (6 each)

250 M Row

25 Double Unders

200 M Run

*1 athlete works at a time

Some great team efforts this morning everyone!  Great coaching and support for one another….keep up the great work!

Reminder:  We have our Winter Challenge Saturday from 9-3 with the Post WOD party to follow.

There will be NO CrossFit Classes on Saturday due to the event.

Athletes who are competing need to be here at 8:30 for Registration

9:00 is the Athlete Meeting and

WOD 1 starts promptly at 9:30.

Please be ready and on time! 

Make sure to have the food you need in between your WODs and by all means your Post WOD cooler ready for the finish!

Still in need of volunteers and judges, so please let me know if you are able to help out!
