Winter Mixer WOD #3

The Girls are out of the Bag!

Jackie, Barbara and Kelly will be our third WOD for the day!

So, it will look like this….

Athlete 1:  1000M Row

Athlete 2:  50 Thrusters (45#)

Athlete 1:  30 Pull Ups

Athlete 2:  20 Pull Ups

Athlete 1:  30 Push Ups

Athlete 2:  40 Sit Ups

Athlete 1:  50 Squats

Athlete 2:  400M Run

Athlete 1:  30 Box Jumps (24′/20′)

Athlete 2:  30 Wall Balls (20/14)

The teams will need to determine who is Athlete 1 and who is Athlete 2 by registration.

    phew. I was worried this was going to be hard! Are there professional bartenders after, or are we just on our own?

    I would like to choose Athlete 3 please :) . And jill – you likely will not be able to move your arms after this day so in addition to a bartender, you will need a personal assistant to help you drink the drink!

    OH Boy – I’ll take three also please!!!

    Shouldn’t there be a free pass – for example eache person should be able to pass one work out to there partner….Like when we get to wall balls I can say Benny get that done PLEEZZEEE!

    How hard can it be? The only weight you have to move is 45#’s. Should be easy. Ya sure, this is gonna be interesting. I think I will just cheer “lil P” on. I also choose athlete #3 as well.

    When I put on my team uniform it will give me powers as if I were a super hero…at least that is what I keep telling myself. The nerves are starting already!
