Calorie rowing
Wall balls
Count your total number of reps for each exercise and then the total number of ALL reps!

Hehe! I’ve been PIZZI’d!! Loved it, thank you so much! I told Tullygirl how glad I was to WOD with ya. Sometimes when I weep doing wall balls in front of people that aren’t in 5 am it’s really embarrassing but for some reason I felt ok with you!
