Skill Work:  Clean & Jerk

Every Minute on the Minute complete…

5 Pull Ups +

AMRAP of the Clean & Jerk (65% 1 RM)

*continue to do that for every round until you reach 50 Reps of the C&J.

*Record weight used and rounds it took to complete the 50 reps.

    Outstanding! That’s how I would describe the performances today. The athletes that have never done this lift before were open to instruction and willing to try and try again until they “got it”. The more experienced crossfitters were great with words of advice and encouragement for our new members. Just awesome!

    A conversation that took place after the 10 AM class was about making it to the gym as often as possible. I mentioned that the comment yesterday was it gets better, notice no one said it gets easier, because it doesn’t. Well, one of our new First Responders, John, said “I know it will just suck less”. Gotta love it…he hit the nail on the head there.
