    As a person who thought I knew what being in shape was about, I learned a that I have no F@#!& clue! Thank you to all the coaches and Holly who pushed me when I thought i was going to throw up,which I did later (sorry snowbank)

    As a non-first responder I loved this workout. I hope we see it again.
    The 6AM crew did a great job. Way to go!

    Great effort today First Responders – there were some very gutsy performances. All I can say is, keep showing up – it does get better!
