#2 “Fractured Fran”
7-7-7-5-5-5-3-3-3 reps for time of:
Thruster (95/65)
Pullups

#3 3 sets of 25 kettlebell swings (unbroken)
-Use as heavy a KB as you can handle
-Rest as needed between efforts

    What time is Sunday WOD? I thought this class was gone due to new schedule – then it looked there were three classes. Can you go to 8 – 9 or 10? Thanks…

    Danielle,

    The Sunday class is always at 9am. There is only one class. There was a group of athletes training for the CF Games Qualifier that worked out at 8am and then at 10am, but it was not an official class.
