Skill Work Day: Pull Ups
As many of you know, we will be following the 3 days on, 1 day off where the “off” day will be a skill day.
As we witnessed today, you are never beyond working on a skill…even the most basic of movements should be revisited time and time again. Take advantage of these ‘active’ recovery days and work on developing your skill or taking it to the next level!

Awesome job Scott! Your paleo discipline has really paid off! And thanks Suzie – but I didn’t double – I did increase – but not by double. But I’ll still take it because I could barely do any last year!

I am really looking forward to the skill days. I’m sure I’m not alone in needing to have my form corrected on some lifts and exercises. I’m a little jealous of those weighted pullups. I need to try those next time!
