10 Deadlifts (50% of your 1 Rep Max)

50 Double Unders (*or 200 Singles)

*Max 20 Minutes

    Correction on the WOD…. it was 7 rounds for time, not four, with a 20 minute cap!

    C’mon, give a LITTLE credit here….
