Skill Work:  Squat Cleans

followed by…

Every Minute on the Minute for 7 Minutes complete

5 Squat Cleans (70% of your 1RM)

*these are consecutive reps.  Do NOT drop the bar.

Rest exactly 3 Minutes then

EMOM for 5 Minutes complete

10 Consecutive Pull Ups

Rest exactly 1 Minute then

EMOM for 3 Minutes complete

25 Sit Ups
