Warm-up/Stretch

Skill: Iron Cross

WOD: “Back to Basics”

With a partner, perform 3 rounds, each for time (one athlete works while the other rests):

500m Row
40 Squats
30 Situps
20 Pushups
10 Pullups

Some of you may recognize this workout as our “Baseline” workout from your very first introductory class. At the time, I’m sure many of you struggled to complete this workout ONCE — how far you have come to be able to attack this one 3 times!

Great job on the Iron Crosses today! That is a skill which will take some time to develop. Use the progressions you learned today (and a spotter if available) to work on them before or after your WODs, and you’ll get one before you know!
