Cynergy CrossFit Demo at lululemon athletica!

Anyone up for a pre-holiday party mall WOD?
What?
Cynergy is getting together for a little CrossFit demonstration. Let’s spread some Christmas cheer, along with the good CrossFit word.
When?
This Saturday, December 12th at 12 p.m.
Where?
lululemon athletica at the Derby Street Shoppes in Hingham (Whole Foods entrance, right next to Rustic Kitchen). We will be directly in front of the store (rain, shine or snow).
Why?
Some of ya’ll may know, but I work at lululemon. The company makes some pretty rad gear for athletics. A lot of different people shop there for a lot of different activities. One that is not so prevalent is CROSSFIT. Basically, we are there to show people what we do; how intense we play; the camaraderie of it all, along with scalability of these workouts. When people stop to watch us or ask what is going on, we have the perfect opportunity to educate a total CrossFit stranger to what is it that we do – and how all levels, all ages are perfectly capable for this training.
Please join Chip, Lindsey, Cindy, Keith and myself! We will be running a few heats (short WODs), depending on the number of athletes we have. I have left a sign-up board at the box for those interested in playing, so we have an estimate of athletes. Bring along your kids, friends, and significant other to support!
Also, please feel free to pop into the store and say HI! Everyone is REALLY excited about all of us coming to do this….they can’t wait to see what all of this CF talk is about.

This is going to be a cool event. Imagine all the people at your workplaces who think you’re a little nuts… Invite them to come watch you at work! Please sign up in the gym, come down, and get a quick workout in before the Cynergy holiday party… and even if you don’t want to work out, come down and say hi anyway!
One of the most distinguishable features of CrossFit is the community that surrounds it, and I’d love to have a HUGE crowd down in Hingham on Saturday to show everyone what we’re all about!

Hey Holly! Sign me up. My dog and I will be on our way to NH for a family gathering, but there is always time for a quick WOD along the way:) Look forward to seeing everyone again!
