Boot Camp Week 2

Cynergy Boot camp has started week 2 with great efforts by everyone. Soloman, Tina, Jenna and Kelly did a great job with a very tough circuit that really gets your heart pumping!
30 Secoonds of work per exercise with a continual clock. Rotate through 5 exercises, for 6 rounds. Rest 3 Minutes and right to it again with 5 different exercises!
Cone jumps
Thrusters
Squat Thrust
Chin 2 knees
Band rows
Round 2
Push press
Squats
Jumping Pull ups
Sit ups
Push ups

Terrific job by everyone! Tina Great Cone jumps, Solomon great Push presses, and Jenna and Kelly Great with the Thrusters…..Week 2 started with great intensity. A huge improvement over week 1!
