Mike, I don’t know where you snuck that back lever in there without me watching but that’s fantastic!!
A big shout out to my girls who gave a great effort with their rope climbs today AFTER their workouts in an effort to get me another rope at them gym! Thanks Girls!!!!

Carse! My man! Outstanding job today! Wish I could have seen that… I’ll expect an encore performance! Findley – I saw that picture and thought Cindy forgot to rotate the picture after she uploaded it to the blog! It took me a second to realize you were suspended in mid-air! Damn! Great stuff!
Jen – I hope Fran didn’t scare you – she’s silent but deadly!

Nice job Carse! You made them look effortless! Mike – that’s an impressive picture! Thanks for the rope climbing lesson Lindsey! If you can teach me to do it, I feel confident you will reach your quota of 10 and get that new rope
