*take as many single reps as possible to get to your 1 rep max

Good luck to all the CCF athletes tomorrow. You all have what it takes to compete along side any of the teams there. Remeber that! Wish I could be there to cheer you on, but I will be in the wind driven rain cheering on my daughter at her EMASS cross country meet. Have fun!

I want to give a big shout out to Linda Gomes, who worked out today at 4. Linda has only been training with us 1-2 months, and she has the perfect willing-to-learn, easy-to-coach attitude. Today, that helped her hit a 110 lb squat clean! Keep up the great work, Linda!
We’ll see you guys in Natick tomorrow. In case I’m not there in time for the first heat, best of luck! You guys will do great!
