Sunday Morning SNATCHES

Burgener Warm-Up X 3 (PVC/empty bar)

 

Skill Transfer Drills:

-Snatch-grip Push Press

-Overhead Squat

-Press Downs

-Heaving Snatch Balance

-Snatch Balance

 

Then:  Snatch, 1-1-1-1-…..1- *work up to one-rep max
