    Dan, you are on fiah! Your dedication to crossfit is awesome to watch and the hard work and tenacity is clearly paying off. I love being around you! It’s impossible to give half assed effort when you’re there.

    Cindy, thanks for the motivation today in the empty gym session… wasn’t quite enough to get me through that BW lift, but next time…

    Which reminds me… Now that Jamie re-wrote the 2009 Goal Board, we only have two months to cross those items off the list. Let’s make it a point to work toward those items and get them done… and if you need help to reach your goals, seek it out!
