David is new and quickly making a name for himself here....awesome job today!!

SKILL Work:  3 Shoulder Press + 2 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk  for 3 rounds. 

Not looking for Max weights here, but increase weight each round and work on skill.

followed by….

400 M Run

30 Shoulder Presses (75% of your 1RM Press)

800 M Run

30 Push Press

400M Run

30 Push Jerks

    Miss you and everyone else in the PM too! The CFW’s at 6AM have welcomed me as an honorary member of their group. They’re a tough crew and kick my butt daily. Lately I’ve been DFL in every WOD.
