Ok um, I don’t want to be an alarmist or anything, but is there a Kelly warning of persistent symptoms and recommendation to seek professional help? Like, at some point today my face won’t be beet red and the shaking will stop….right?

    PS – I miss Bob Bailey! ;)

A colleague of mine named Kelly came into my office today…..I told her to go to hell and then threw my stapler at her. The stapler throw was done with full range of motion.

Totally random thought but somewhere in America

    October is:
    Eat Better, Eat Together Month
Go Hog Wild- Eat Country Ham Month
    National Bake and Decorate Month
    National Caramel Month
    National Chili Month
    National Popcorn Popping Month
    Organize your Medical Information Month
    National Sarcastic Awareness Month

Does anyone else see something wrong with this list???

RichB I hope you hit her and hit her HARD with the stapler. She is the definition of the word SUCK IT.

Nice job to everyone in the evening classes. Kelly is an evil evil beeeyatch.

Well the leaderboard is completely different now that the WOD was done with 24″ box jumps. Some really OUTSTANDING times up there today.

Congrats to Suzie (25:09) and Alex (24:49) for the two most blazing times of the day! Unbelievable effort!

    See you peeps later.

PS.. Hey Marc V… just poured myself a “Black and Blue” and golly gee whiz it’s good…

    Oh wait, no I didn’t.
