    Ok guys, I can feel I might be bringing back lots of stuff, they just got a new shipment in a few days ago so they have a lot in stock.

    The word from Courtney is:
    T-shirts are $25
    Tanks are $20.
    Hats are $25
    Polos are $35

    Let me know what you want and I’ll have Cindy leave an envelope up where you can leave your $$$.
    I don’t have lots of extra cash lying around so if you could let me know and put the $ in the envelope before I go (before Thursday of next week) that would be great!!! Thank you!

    Didn’t PR today… stayed at my max of 315 – had a Mind F**k moment.

    Like B stayed at my max 200, But next crossfit total I know I can lift more! Love the deadlift! Hey Jill great PR for you! Way to go well over your last lift!

    Thanks for lifting with me, Denise, I enjoyed it. B, I’m totally down with the guy shirts too, sistah! BTW, I LOVE 3-2-1-GO! but today was a refreshing change of pace with only strength work. I loved it! DL’s are so not my favorite, but being able to slowly focus on proper form with appropriate rest in between for me is far more beneficial than the temptation of losing focus and bangin’ out a frantic bunch with curved back and bended knees. Ladies, your PRs are ridiculous!!! Amazing!

    Wow, nice job to everyone today… sorry I missed it.

    Remember guys and gals, it’s not the worst thing in the world not to PR. If we PR’ed everytime we did an exercise/WOD, it wouldn’t be a big deal when we did it. Just use it as motivation to continue to go hard and heavy.

    Nice lift mark. I bet that Rabid Fox wouldn’t have challenged you if knew you could lift that much!
