Boot Camp Saturday!

Amazing effort by Heather, Holly, Diane and Terry this morning! Thanks for playing you guys ~ enjoy your weekend!
Teams of 2:
1. Team run with med ball (20#) – 2 laps around the cars. Pass off ball as needed.
2. Complete 30 jump squats per person. One person works at a time.
3. 25 wall balls per person. One person works at a time.
4. Farmer’s walk (25# KBs) around cars.
5. 25 KB swings per person. One person works at a time.
6. 15 chest to deck push ups. One person works at a time.
7. Big tire flips (length of parking lot). Divide as needed or partner up.
8. Run one lap backwards around the cars.
